Chef Todd Pulsinelli has introduced a fresh brunch menu at the beloved Sylvain. Highlights include shakshuka served with sourdough toast, a Benedict featuring buttermilk biscuits, Chisesi ham, and Creole hollandaise, as well as fluffy blueberry pancake stacks. The menu is available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
